Update as of today, March 26th. They are on to the second level of the West-side stands and chugging along, completing seating immediately after getting the risers into place. Seems like they've paused work on the North-side stands (to the right), I assume to focus on East and West before...

Been a while since I last updated (a whole lot of snow in the meantime.) Here's progress as of March 6th: And as of today, March 14th:

January 13th update: They are making good progress on the west side of the stadium.

Seems like. They appear to have completed the section of the stadium directly above the NW end of the runway. From today: they are now in the process of assembling larger sections (on the right side of the image) presumably to work around each edge of the ring towards the SE end of the runway.

They're now at the scaffolding phase. Here are some progress shots. October 22nd: initial soil clearing. November 5th: sand and gravel in place. December 11th (today): scaffolding continues on the runway.

I've been documenting it over here and just posted an update on that thread. Not sure if it's related to this project (location would make sense if they're anticipating people coming to the stadium from Sheppard West as opposed to Downsview Park station), but it's really shoehorned in there...

Haven't updated in a while. Some temporary buildings are now up on the site. October 23rd saw the gravel all put in. November 5th you can see the forms for the foundation piers. November 15th two cement pads are in place, as are the light standard supports. November 22nd and the temporary...

Resurrecting this thread to share that in line with the 2022 Site Plan Application, work has begun on the road servicing this building, as well as prep work on the area just behind. Your guess is mine as to whether this is more relevant to this building, the id8 Downsview project in general, or...
