Is this building is both a rental apartment building with unit owned and managed by Taggart and a condominium with owner-occupied units? How does that work?

The wall is finished and it looks pretty good, IMO. Surprised to see the building overhang the adjacent property. That roof is going to get a beating from the rain, snow and ice that will fall onto it from the new building.

Too bad it is not a condo--I might have been tempted. I think the units would have sold well: nice building, great location close to amenities and many bike/scooter paths.

The Rhythm Apartment Building at Westgate shopping mall is the best designed building in the area. The suites are also very well laid out. A model to follow. Talisman across the street looks so "bleh" in comparison.
